I’m Travonya — licensed cosmetologist, salon owner, and hair care specialist with over 20 years of experience helping women feel whole, confident, and seen. Tru BeYoutee is also a proud Black-owned head spa, dedicated to creating a luxurious, healing experience rooted in culture, care, and confidence. At Tru BeYoutee, we don’t just style hair — we care for it. Every service is rooted in healthy hair practices, intentional self-care, and a deep respect for your time and journey. From silk presses to protective styles, locs, and scalp care rituals, you’ll receive more than a transformation — you’ll receive healing through hair. As a mother, nurturer, and stylist, I created Tru BeYoutee as a sacred space for women to reclaim their peace, confidence, and crown. Whether you’re starting fresh, maintaining your natural beauty, or celebrating your growth, you’re in the right place. 📋 Tru BeYoutee Booking & Salon Policies Professionalism. Protection. Peace. These policies ensure every guest receives the highest quality service in a restorative environment. 💳 Deposits • A non-refundable $125 deposit is required at the time of booking for all Boho Braid styles. This secures your appointment and covers the cost of premium human hair and prep. • All other services do not require a deposit, but no-shows and frequent late cancellations may result in future deposit requirements. 🧾 New Client Policy • All new clients must book a consultation prior to receiving services. This allows us to assess your hair health, discuss your goals, and customize your experience. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Policy • For sew-ins, quickweaves, or wig installs, if you are bringing your own bundles or wigs: ➤ Hair must be dropped off 48–72 hours before your appointment for proper cleaning and preparation. ➤ Late drop-offs may require rescheduling or a prep fee. • All hair for Boho styles is provided by Tru BeYoutee. No outside human hair will be accepted. 🧼 Healthy Hair Is Non-Negotiable • Every style begins with a thorough shampoo, condition, and scalp prep. If you are not prepared for a full wash, you will be rescheduled. • Take-down services must be booked in advance or a $60–$80 fee will be added at the chair. No exceptions. ⏰ Late Policy • There is a strict 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. Repeat lateness may require deposits for future bookings. ❌ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy • 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may limit your ability to rebook in the future. ✨ Tru BeYoutee is a sacred • There is no compromise on care. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and a 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
